What Is Paver Block Machinery?
Paver block machinery is the set of machines used to turn cement, sand and aggregate into finished concrete paver blocks: a pan mixer that batches the concrete, and a vibrating table that compacts it inside a mould. A Sadashiv Enterprise line consists of a 10ft × 3ft vibrating table with a 2HP or 3HP three-phase special vibration motor and a 1500mm or 1800mm pan mixer with a 400–500kg batch capacity, together producing 2,500 to 3,000 paver blocks per day.

Our Vibrating Tables combined with our Pan Mixers can comfortably produce between 2,500 and 3,000 paver blocks per day depending on the mould type and workflow.
Can I use both PVC and Plastic moulds on this table? +
Yes, our machinery is fully compatible with both Plastic Moulds and PVC Rubber Moulds.
What motor power does the vibrating table need? +
The 10ft × 3ft vibrating table runs on a 2HP or 3HP three-phase special vibration motor. The pan mixer needs a separate 5HP or 7.5HP three-phase motor, so the site power supply must be planned for both machines together.
What is the vibrating table built from? +
The table is built with an 8/10mm top pallet and 8/10mm side pallets. The pan mixer uses a 12/15mm bottom pallet and 6/8mm side pallets, with heavy hand-faced scrapers for mixing.
Can the machinery produce chequered tiles and curb stones? +
Yes. The same vibrating table produces paver blocks, chequered tiles, curb stones and covering blocks. Only the mould changes; the table, motor and mixer stay the same.
Do you export paver block machinery outside India? +
Yes. Sadashiv Enterprise exports to more than 20 countries, including Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria and the UAE. Export crating for sea freight and shipping documentation are handled as part of the order.
