Sadashiv Enterprise has manufactured paver block machinery and moulds in Morbi, Gujarat since 2009. Vibrating tables, pan mixers, PVC rubber moulds and plastic moulds are built in the same workshop, so a buyer can specify a complete production line from one supplier instead of matching a machine from one vendor to moulds from another.
The standard vibrating table measures 10ft × 3ft, runs on a 2HP or 3HP three-phase special vibration motor and produces 2,500 to 3,000 paver blocks per day. It is paired with a 1500mm or 1800mm pan mixer with a 400–500kg batch capacity, and accepts both PVC rubber and plastic moulds.
