The standard vibrating table is 10ft × 3ft, driven by a 2HP or 3HP three-phase special vibration motor, and produces 2,500 to 3,000 paver blocks per day depending on mould size and concrete mix. It is paired with a 1500mm or 1800mm pan mixer holding a 400–500kg batch. Because the table, the mixer and the moulds are built in the same workshop, bed size, batch volume and mould dimensions are specified together rather than sourced from three suppliers and made to fit afterwards.

What Sadashiv Enterprise Manufactures
- Vibrating tables. 10ft × 3ft bed, 2HP or 3HP three-phase special vibration motor, 8/10mm top pallet and 8/10mm side pallets. Rated output is 2,500–3,000 paver blocks per day. The same table is used for chequered tiles, curb stones and covering blocks by changing the mould.
- Pan mixers. 1500mm or 1800mm pan diameter, 500mm pan height, 400–500kg mixing capacity, 5HP or 7.5HP three-phase motor, 15 litre gear oil. Manual charging and manual bottom-door discharge, with heavy hand-faced scrapers.
- PVC rubber moulds. 500 to 1,000+ casting cycles, available in 60mm, 80mm and 100mm thicknesses and in Milano, Colorado, Damru, Brooks, curb stone and chequered tile patterns. Sharper block edges and easier demoulding make these the choice for high-volume units.
- Plastic moulds. 200 to 500 casting cycles in high-grade virgin plastic, 40mm to 100mm thickness, in zig-zag, I-shape, trihex, rectangular, square and hexagon patterns. Lower cost per mould suits small and medium units and short design runs.
